In the last few days, Sixth Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan has probably been the most watched property in India, what with the paparazzi surrounding it and putting up each and every detail about it on social media. You would say, all this fuss is worth it, considering the property hosted the grand wedding of Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal. It was home to all their wedding guests from December 7 to December 9 and the venue for all the ceremonies leading up to the wedding.
The venue garnered interest when the district administration recently ordered for a meeting with the superintendent of police, forest rangers, representatives from the hotel, and other officials with the aim to review law and order preparations and crowd control measures during the high profile Bollywood wedding.

1.The original Barwara Fort, constructed in the 14th century by the Chauhans as been transformed into a spectacular 48-suite resort appointed with all modern amenities. while retaining its medieval features.
2. The property is just thirty minutes from the Ranthambore National Park in Rajasthan.
3. The price of a suite at the Six Senses Fort Barwara starts at over Rs 83K for one night and goes up to Rs 3,26,943 for the Ranu Rajkumari Suite. Prices for the Thakur Bhagwati Singh Suite and Raja Man Singh Suite are available on request. As per reports, Vicky and Katrina stayed at the Raja Man Singh suite.
4. The property offers magnificent views of the countryside, as well as panoramic vistas of Barwara village.
5. As for food, the resort has three restaurants which serve traditional Indian and continental cuisines, with locally sourced ingredients.
6. There is also a spa and fitness centre spread over 30,000 square feet.
