You cannot go wrong with chocolate on your romantic dinner menu.
Rather than just ending the meal with a bar of chocolate, we suggest you go an extra mile with a specially-prepared dessert. And, the easiest way to do just that is by whipping up a delicious bowl of mousse.
'I think a mousse or a pannacotta is the easiest dessert as it's quick to make, can be made with a lot of variations in tastes and just needs to be set in the refrigerator. It's extremely hassle-free and can be made even a day before your party,' says Chef Pawan Bisht, Corporate Chef and R&D Executive one8 commune, Mango kitchen and Bar, Verandah Delhi, Verandah Handcrafted.
