Winter has set in and you find it hard to move out of bed. Your head tells you to get up and log in some workout but your heart isn’t willing to let go of the cozy covers. For days like these, there are a whole bunch of exercises you can do from the comfort of your bed. Vesna P Jacob, holistic fitness guru, Pilates expert and author, shows us five exercises that you need to cop right now. "My style of teaching the movement is not only about proper posture and alignment, but also about creating small pockets of exercises which can be done in different places and in different situations. One of the most available and accessible ways of squeezing in some extra movements is definitely while lying in bed watching television. For me this is a great time to do some additional abdominal work. Sometimes I will do these exercises during watching a movie but if you find it too distractive, then do it during the ad breaks or make a small break to get them done. All you need is a towel" says Vesna.
