Slow shutter effects can highlight neon lights, sparklers, and the lively chaos of the dance floor. “At the same time, we ensure that key emotional and portrait moments remain sharp to balance the storytelling,” Maganti adds.

Maganti emphasises that different types of blur can be strategically used to enhance wedding photography. “Motion blur works exceptionally well for high-energy moments like the sangeet, baraat, and reception dance floor,” she says. “A soft, artistic blur adds a dreamy and intimate touch to romantic portraits, while slow shutter techniques enhance the glow of flickering diyas, fireworks, and handheld sparklers.”
