The global icon tied the knot with longtime collaborator Benny Blanco in an intimate Santa Barbara ceremony
Popstar-actress Selena Gomez and hitmaker-producer Benny Blanco are officially husband and wife. The couple exchanged vows on September 27, 2025, in a romantic and closely guarded ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
Gomez made the announcement herself, sharing a series of wedding photos via Instagram with the caption “9.27.25.” In the images, they can be seen beaming and kissing, and fans caught an especially sweet moment when Blanco commented, “My wife in real life.”
The couple chose to dress in custom Ralph Lauren for their special day. Gomez wore a white halter bridal gown with floral detailing, a full-length skirt and an elegant open back. She paired her look with minimal accessories, letting the dress itself stand as the statement. Benny, matching her in Ralph Lauren, opted for a classic tuxedo with a bow tie.
Gomez made for one beautiful bride, and Blanco made sure to keep his wife smiling by planting tender kisses and whispering sweet nothings.
Set amid lush lawns and under the privacy of an upscale marquee, the wedding was straight out of a fairytale. The paparazzi tried their best to capture some inside pictures of the wedding of the year, and some even flew drones to have a peek inside the wedding venue.
The guest list included close friends, family and a sprinkling of Hollywood names. Among those in attendance were Gomez's best friend Taylor Swift, her Only Murders In The Building co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short, Paris Hilton, Paul Rudd, and others.
Gomez and Blanco’s relationship traces back years before their wedding day. The two collaborated musically — most notably on the 2019 track “I Can’t Get Enough”, and it was in December 2023 that they confirmed their relationship after six months of dating.
In December 2024, they announced their engagement, and the announcement broke the internet, leaving Gomez's fans with tears of joy. Gomez and Blanco recently attended the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards hand-in-hand and their PDA was one of the highlights of the night. The two, drenched in love, couldn't take their eyes off each other, and the former was even seen blushing as Blanco held her close to pose for the paparazzi.
