MYTH: If you skip a meal you will lose weight.
FACT: "It is the biggest myth because when you skip a meal you tend to binge later in high-calorie food because you are very hungry and have no control over your hunger. So you end up having a lot more calories instead."
MYTH: You should not eat after sunset.
FACT: "It really all depends on the portion of your meal. Dinner, lunch or breakfast should not be heavy, so always look out for portion size."
MYTH: Carbs make you gain weight.
FACT: "Eating carbs in excess can give you inflammation and bloat. However, the right amount of carbs in a balanced diet are important to give you the energy to finish your daily chores and have a great workout."
MYTH: You can eat whatever you want if you are exercising.
FACT: "We tend to eat way more than usual thinking that our workout will burn the calories. However, that seldom happens! If you consume more calories than you need, you will gain weight."
MYTH: One cheat meal will make you unhealthy or fat.
FACT: "One meal does not impact your fitness journey. The problem arises when the frequency of cheat meals is more than your balanced diet. So, restrict your cheat meal to once in 15 days."
