The Kardashian-Jenner Portofino Wedding Wardrobe Makes a Compelling Case For Gothic Glam

Third time's a charm—we present to you, Mr and Mrs Barker.

Make way for the Glam Goth bride; Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have tied the knot, the third time around, in picturesque Portofino, a fishing village located on the Italian Riviera coastline. After taking the plunge twice previously—once at a Las Vegas chapel at 2 AM and once in Santa Barbara—the madly-in-love couple got hitched the Italian way, courtesy of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's idyllic estate Villa Olivetta, where the intimate ceremony was held.

The K and J sisters were clad in vintage Dolce and Gabbana, from head-to-toe, over the celebratory weekend—each adding a dash of their distinctive styles to the designer-duos striking ensembles. Let's begin with the bridey: Kourt donned a D&G Alta Moda lace and satin corset mini dress inspired by 1960s Italian lingerie, pairing her attire with a sweeping veil that featured hand-embroidered flowers from the Mediterranean Gardens and a depiction of the Virgin Mary. Add tulle gloves and lace pumps to the mix? Duh. 

The Blink-182 rocker complemented his Goth bride in a custom double-breasted suit by Dolce and Gabbana. 

The pre-wedding festivities kicked off on Friday with a welcome dinner at Ristorante Puny, followed by a Saturday afternoon yacht trip. The youngest of the lot, Kylie Jenner, was spotted in an LBD with racing-stripe boots and a bag from the label’s spring 2001 collection. Later on, she wore a lace corseted dress with a long-sleeved cover-up with built-in gloves. Kim, an avid fan of athleisure, opted for a strappy bra top and leggings, while Khloé was first papped in a nude, off-shoulder, front tie-knot mini dress and later slipped into a leopard-print dress with a built-in corset. Momager Kris Jenner opted for a flowy, V-neck, polka-dot-print gown for Saturday dinner, pairing her look with a long cross necklace and a bold red lip. 

Kendall Jenner, who was accompanied by her NBA boyfriend Devin Booker, tapped into Dolce Vita style by gravitating towards a floral-print co-ord set in the day to a strapless black corset gown and tulle skirt by night. The Poosh founder donned a black Dolce and Gabbana minidress with imagery of the Virgin Mary on the bodice—an ensemble that gave us major déjà vu from one of Keek's 2017 lewks; emblem and all—and later slipped into a sheer red, floor-length gown from the label’s spring 1998 collection.

On the big day, it seems as though the entire K-J fam got the dress code memo: GOTHIC GLAM. Big sister Kim K made heads turn in a high-neck, body-hugging black lace gown with sheer sleeves, sporting a blonde bun, while Khloé Kardashian went the off-shoulder route with a ruffled number. Both Jenner sisters donned Dolce and Gabbana floral dresses—of which Kylie's seemed to be hand-painted—and the matriarch of the family, Mama K, wore a dusty pink gown featuring feathers galore.

For the reception night, the ladies swapped in the high fashion, luxe looks for more off-duty ensembles. The Skims founder was spotted in an all-over black bodysuit layered with a bejewelled corset co-ord set—draping a black robe around her waist, while Koko changed out of her ruffled attire into an off-shoulder corset sheer midi dress featuring heart motifs. 

Congratulations to the Barkers—PDA-approved for life.
