Jewellery Trends To Take Away From Fashion Week 2018!

As the new collection has unfolded in New York, London, Paris and Milan, we have tracked down the best jewellery trends straight from the runway! Scroll down to see some of the best looks.

1.Animal Kingdom

Looks like the zoo scenes are back in the game. On one hand, we saw gentle and tender butterflies at Bottega Veneta and comical zoo scenes at Prada. On the other, wild beats were spotted at Chloe’s show.

2. B is for Bold Statement jewellery

With every Fashion Week comes countless well-thought out quirk and Spring/Summer 2018 is no exception. While Natacha Ramsay-Levi took a liking for Chloe’s technical innovation by sporting an array of rings looking like a bag chain, Tory Burch took pleasure in using the famous fidget spinner as a pendant.

3.  Layering Trends

If Giambattista Valli is inspiring, thanks to his collection of architectural necklaces, the trend is all about ultra-thin ones. Think a series of chains just adorned with pendants for a girl.

4. XXXL Earnings

After the reign of the ear cuffs, the Spring/Summer 2018 runway saw a line-up of XXL length earrings that elegantly flowed past the shoulders.

5. History & 80’s

Looks like history played a part in the fashion week this time. Y/Project played with sizes, while Yves Saint Laurent gave off Moroccan vibes, and Chloé celebrated everything related to body art.
