Meet The Manish Malhotra Brides
Enchantingly elegant and beautiful, couturier Manish Malhotra has been instrumental in bringing alive the couture dreams of many brides with his signature stylistic and aesthetic vision. "At most times, brides do come with a particular style in their mind, thanks to the social media. As a designer, my work is to give their own style a great boost by suggesting them all the ways in which she can imagine herself exactly the way she has dreamt. I personally alter very little from the original idea of the bride, I add details and elaborate their vision to create a ensemble just like they imagine," says designer Manish Malhotra. While his traditional ensembles in bridal reds are breath-taking, the designer appreciates a dash of contemporary wedding style just as much. He says, “Much has changed from the earlier times. Now, the new-age brides are sure of what they want and they don't shy away from speaking their mind. I love working with the ultra-confident, self-assured woman of today, who knows herself and is comfortable in carrying her own style without emulating anyone.” Here’s a peak at some of them as the designer shares some of his recent favourite bridal looks created by him.
