Ingredients
4 medium red carrots (gajar), peeled and grated
¾ cup grated khoya
3 tsps ghee
3-4 tbsps Sugar Free Green Powder
6-8 cashewnuts, broken
¼ tsp green cardamom powder
¾ cup low fat milk
Blanched and slivered pistachios for garnish
Method
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add carrots and sauté for 1 minute. Add khoya, Sugar Free Green Powder, cashewnuts and cardamom powder, mix and cook for 1 minute.
Add milk, mix, cover and pressure cook for 8-10 minutes. Open the lid when the excess pressure is completely released.
Serve warm garnished with pistachios.
