We all know about Katrina's penchant for fitness. How particular she is about her workouts and eating healthy. However, her lockdown Instagramming showed us that she doesn't mind indulging once in a while. Be it her love for pancakes or gajar ka halwa, she makes us feel a little less guilty about our cravings. If you too want to dig into Katrina's favourite dessert, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor has you covered. He shares the recipe for Katrina's favourite gajar ka halwa and the best part is it's hassle free and can be cooked in a jiffy.

Ingredients
4 medium red carrots (gajar), peeled and grated
¾ cup grated khoya
3 tsps ghee
3-4 tbsps Sugar Free Green Powder
6-8 cashewnuts, broken
¼ tsp green cardamom powder
¾ cup low fat milk
Blanched and slivered pistachios for garnish
Method
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add carrots and sauté for 1 minute. Add khoya, Sugar Free Green Powder, cashewnuts and cardamom powder, mix and cook for 1 minute.
Add milk, mix, cover and pressure cook for 8-10 minutes. Open the lid when the excess pressure is completely released.
