Do These Yoga Poses before Bedtime to Sleep Like a Baby

Easy poses that will relax your body and lull you into deep slumber

Can't sleep at night, no matter what you do? Then try doing yoga before you hit the snooze button. Celebrity lifestyle coach and yogapreneur, Grand Master Akshar says, "Practising yoga before your bed time will help you sleep soundly. Yoga helps get rid of sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, sleep anxiety, insomnia, etc." If you can spend even as little as just 5 minutes doing these poses recommended by Akshar, you would score some serious shut-eye.
