Living Through a Pandemic

In a way, the global pandemic brought us closer together. We flew across to Maldives and Dubai to celebrate our love and togetherness. Besides that, we are enjoying working together and spending time at home.

My Advice

Rather than handling it all by yourself, consider getting a wedding planner on board. Share all the ideas you have in mind, even if they don’t quite match your budget. Also, wear a comfortable pair of shoes to dance the night away! Lastly, pick the best photographer in town because capturing these moments is worth every penny.

Memorable Moments

The most special moment was when we made our couple entry donning matching, hand-painted denim jackets with ‘Mr & Mrs Chopra’ embroidered on them. Since ours was a destination wedding, my vidai was also super fun. The distance I had to cover was from the venue to my room, on a golf cart.

The Wedding Day

We wanted our wedding to be a warm and cosy affair, surrounded by our closest friends and family. To escape the bustling city life, we decided to tie the knot in Pushkar, Rajasthan.

How We Met

Being around Lovish just makes the entire world a better place to live in, which is probably why I was drawn to him when we first met in New York. We instantly connected and are falling more in love with every passing day. Since we share a similar professional background we found it easier to communicate, express our interests, and understand one another.
