Our advice
No matter how much you plan and prepare, a few things will go wrong. But this isn’t something you or your family should fret over. Remember to truly enjoy your wedding and make sure your parents do the same.

Off the beaten track
Our wedding was small, intimate, and minimalist. We combined our sangeet and reception but didn’t have a stage in order to avoid standing in one area, meeting the never-ending queue of guests. Instead, we spent the first hour and a half mingling with everyone, which was followed by the toasts and dances.

Destined to meet
How we met is Sandeep’s favourite story to tell—“It wasthe summer of 2014 in San Francisco, California when I saw a girl at my friend’s birthday party and she looked amazing. And that was it. Years later, in 2018, I was matched with a profile on dating platform Coffee Meets Bagel. The face looked familiar. It was the same girl I had seen back in 2014—Anusha.” We went on our first date, and here we are.
