How did the two of you meet?

Karan and I met each other through our families. It was an arranged set up that was initiated by our loved ones, and taken forward by us.

Any anecdotes or memorable moments from the wedding?

For us, each ritual upheld a special significance and served as a mark of the beginning of our journey together. The venue was strikingly stunning in itself, and the decor was the cherry on top! We consider ourselves extremely blessed to be surrounded and supported by our respective families, and lucky that everything fell into place seamlessly, amid these unforeseen, uncertain times.

Any advice for couples who are soon to be married?

Just listen to yourself and follow what your heart desires. Don't pay heed to others opinions, take things forward when you feel the time is right. Besides that, lock your wedding planner and start planning well in advance. We're so grateful that our wedding planning team; Yolo entertainment managed to pull off a large-scale event in just two weeks time!

How are you both spending time during the pandemic?

We're spending the time getting to know each other a bit more everyday. I truly believe that things can fall in to place only through consistent and committed conversation with one another. We have also decided to postpone our honeymoon and will go at a later date when it is safe to travel.
