Spanning five fantastic days across four stunning venues in Hyderabad, Aneesh and Vaishnavi’s wedding from August 5 to 9, 2024, was a masterclass in how to blend tradition with personality. Curated by the talented teams at RVR PRO and RVR Eventz & Design, the celebration brought together heartfelt rituals and intimate details that reflected the couple’s journey. From the thoughtful placement of the mandap to colourful-themed ceremonies, every element was a testament to love, family, and individuality.

A journey across oceans and time zones

Their love story began with a spark at Aneesh’s sister’s wedding—Vaishnavi, a scientist based in the USA, met Aneesh, a merchant navy officer, in what seemed like a casual introduction but turned into a lifelong connection. Navigating long-distance calls, time zones, and months apart, their relationship only grew deeper. Their wedding was not just a culmination of their love but a celebration of resilience, warmth, and unwavering companionship.

A wedding that spoke from the heart

This wasn’t your typical big-fat wedding. It was intimate yet grand, where every moment was designed with intention. Aneesh turned heads by breaking tradition and donning a pink sherwani—an unexpected yet striking symbol of embracing new-age masculinity. Vaishnavi, deeply involved in the planning, ensured every detail resonated with their story—from the emotional mandap setup to joyful, music-filled pre-wedding events.

Sangeet at Siara Retreat

It was an electric evening filled with dance, laughter, and energy that set the tone with both families coming together for group performances. The event wasn’t just entertainment—it was an expression of unity and joy. 

Haldi at Ravasa

Set against a breezy poolside backdrop, the Haldi brought with it a whole lot of colour. With the entire family dressed in coordinated pinks and reds, Aneesh and Vaishnavi stood out in vibrant yellow, radiating happiness and the promise of a beautiful beginning.

Mehendi at Rolling Hills Clubhouse

This was no ordinary mehendi—it turned into a full-blown family sing-off! The playful competition between both sides made the ceremony one of the most memorable moments, filled with song, laughter, and bonding.
 

Wedding ceremony at Novotel

For the main event, Vaishnavi had a beautiful vision—placing the mandap at the centre of the venue, allowing every guest to feel close to the rituals. The setting was elegant yet deeply emotional, wrapping everyone in the warmth of shared traditions and new beginnings.
