Keep it cheesy: "Choose 2-3 varieties of cheese such as soft, spreadable and hard ones, neatly cut into bite-size. Make sure you keep your cheese out an hour before serving so it's soft. Keep one flavour mild and the other cheese flavour bold so that it stands out on its own. Serve with flavoured crackers and add crudites or fruits to nibble."

Line your platter: "Make sure the platter is clean or you can opt for a parchment paper so it's easier to clean. Add bowls of different sizes and heights to add texture. She adds, "Grazing tables is a show-stopping experience for guests where the guest walks in and has a wow moment. We all love it when everything is thought over and detailed. "Grazing is a more decadent alternative to the buffet. It's a humble spread and a modern take on a traditional buffet. The table is laden with fresh combinations of food which is cheese, bread, olives, fruits, crudites, nuts and dips that hardly requires cooking," says Preeti Rathod, founder of Theatric Platter, an eco-conscious grazing food company that specialises in grazing tables, boxes and platters.
