6 Hairstyles to Try if You Have a Round Face

Finding the right hairstyle can be of utmost importance. It can make or mar your appearance. The first step to picking the right hairstyle is to identify your face shape. If you have a round face, the width and length of your face is almost the same size with soft features and less angular jawline. Bony Sasidharan, National Key Accounts Manager- Technical, Schwarzkopf Professional India, says, "One should avoid any hairstyles that requires the hair to be completely swept away from the face. Try to wear your hair with middle parting or with a side sweep so that you are framing the face and the face appears less wide." He further advises that hairstyles with volume on the crown area can make the face look longer. While opting for a haircut you can go with a one length bob slightly below the chin. Alternatively, you can try medium length haircut with short layers. “Soft curls and beach waves are some of the most popular hairstyles for a round face shape,” adds Bony.
