Alia-Ranbir's First Wedding Photographs: The First Look

The internet is currently breaking with photographs of Bollywood's newly-weds as we write this... Nonetheless, Alia and Ranbir made for a gorgeous couple as they got married in an intimate ceremony with their close family and friends in attendance. Alia posted photographs and penned a heartfelt caption on Instagram which said, "Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot—the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship—we got married."

She further added, "With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together… memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites."
Both bride and groom opted for Sabyasachi creations. Alia was seen in an organza sari in ivory which was coupled with uncut diamonds and pearl strings from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery. While Ranbir went for a silk sherwani, a silk organza safa, and a shawl featuring zari embroidery.
Karisma Kapoor took to social media to wish the couple as well. Later, the husband and wife posed for photographs and looked stunning in them.
