Brides Today: What is your favourite foundation when it comes to bridal makeup?

BT: How can we pick out a foundation closest to our skin tone?

AK: I would suggest testing the foundation on your jawline. If the foundation blends into your skin, then it is the correct shade for you.

BT: What are 3 must-have beauty products that are always in your vanity bag when doing bridal makeup?

AK: A) Highlighters are my favourite product to give that perfect dewy finish to the skin especially the cheekbones. I usually use highlighters by Nars.

B) Makeup fixer spray is another must-have for the makeup to last longer. Many brides are often concerned about their makeup lasting till the end of their functions and so, I use the one by Urban Decay to make everything stays in place.

BT: What is your *expert trick*  while creating bridal makeup looks that you would like to share with the readers?

AK: Please choose to look like yourself and go for an artist who discusses looks prior to your functions keeping in mind the outfits that you are wearing. Communicate what you would like and discuss with the makeup artists prior to the wedding.
