You can never go wrong with chocolate and Chef Vineet Bahuguna shares his personal favourite dessert that can be whipped up in minutes.
"Chocolate spring roll is the easiest dessert to make. It requires only three basic ingredients, is very easy to make and is ready within minutes," says the Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Garden Inn, New Delhi.
So, here's how to recreate his personal favourite for sinfully sweet weekend.
Chocolate Spring Roll
Spring roll wrappers - 30
Dark compound chocolate Sliced - 600gms
Egg - 1
Oil for frying - 500ml
A. Open the spring roll wrappers (sheet)
B. Place sliced chocolate on one end of the sheet.
C. Roll the sheet tightening all ends and closing the end using beaten egg. (We can use flour batter as well)
D. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot topped with chocolate syrup and a sprinkling of nuts.
