So, here's his choice of recipe that couples can cook together easily. No, you do not need to be a gourmand to master this, just bring along a healthy appetite!
Spaghetti ala Puttanesca
Extra-virgin olive oil- 20 ml
Garlic -20 gm
Tomato Peelati-100 gm
Anchovy- 30 gm
Capers- 20 gm
Dried oregano-10 gm
Spaghetti boiled-150 gm
Fresh Parsley-15 gm
Grated parmesan cheese-20 gm
Salt & pepper - As per taste
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1minute. Add tomatoes with puree, olives, anchovies, capers and oregano. Simmer sauce over medium-low heat until thickened, breaking up tomatoes with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain Spaghetti return to same pot. Add sauce and parsley. Toss over low heat until sauce coats. Serve with grated cheese on top.
