PCOD or PolyCystic Ovarian Disease is the disease known as multiple cysts in ovaries. Apart from playing havoc with the hormones, reducing fertility and the number of menstrual cycles, PCOD also takes a toll on mental health. Yoga And wellness coach Garima Bhandari says, "Many women suffering from PCOS (infertility) also battle acne, weight gain, and weight loss problems, additional hair on the face and body and depression. So, if you are suffering from PCOD it is important to maintain a good diet and exercise regularly. The key aim of therapy is to stimulate ovulation."     Halasana or 'plow pose' takes its name from the method used by farmers for planting, plow. Halasana is typically performed after Sarvangasana, which is simply a shoulder grip.

    Yoni means uterus or womb, and this action is called the Yoni Mudra because the person who consistently performs it has no outward interaction with the outside and resembles a baby in the womb. It helps with the internal declutter.

    This is also known as the Wind Escape Posture which is good for intestinal which stomach issues. It is believed to reinforce the muscles in the back and abdomen and to improve blood circulation.
