Lioness Face Exercise
Take a deep breath while joining your fists together to create more pressure. As you release your breath with the pressure, open your mouth and eyes, and stretch your tongue out.
Snake Face Exercise
Stretch the centre of your forehead and temple with the fingers of your opposite hand. Next, look down in the opposite direction and stick out your tongue. Exhale and repeat 3-5 times.
'Ha' Breath Oxygenation
While keeping your mouth closed, inhale through your nose for 2 counts, with your head lifted and back straight. Next, exhale by blowing air through pursed lips, for a count of 4, saying ‘Haaa’.
Face Muscle Relaxer
Place both your palms on your temples and push the palms up and back, to lift the sides of your face.
Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat two more times.
Forehead Line Relaxation
Place both your hands on your forehead and spread the fingers out between your eyebrows and the hairline. Gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure to tighten your skin.
