Executive Chef Rajesh Roy of Latest Recipe, Le Meridien Gurgaon, tells you how to whip up a healthy mango mint smoothie in less than 10 minutes.
2 Cup frozen mango cubes
2 Cup soya yoghurt or plain yoghurt
1 Bunch mint leaves
Lime and sea salt(optional)
Place all the ingredients in a blender or a food processer and blend in a medium speed until smooth.
Season with lime and sea salt.
Serve immediately in dessert glass.
