If you have an oval face, then you have the most versatile face shape that can pull off any style. The first step, however, is to identify your face shape. Like round faces, they have softer jawlines but oval faces are longer than they are wide, which means the distance from your forehead to your chin will be significantly longer than the width of your face. The forehead also tends to be wider than your chin. Melissa Hughe, National Technical Head, Schwarzkopf Professional, shows you some easy DIY hairstyles that will flatter your oval face shape.     1. Prep your hair with a volumizing mousse Osis + Grip and blow dry your hair with a large brush to create volume and movement.

    5. Braid the ponytail. Pull at some sections of the braid to loosen. Secure braid with a rubber band.
    6. Roll the braid inwards to create a bun and secure to head with pins.
    7. Create twists with side sections and wrap around braid bun. Secure with pins. Fix the style with a fixing spray.
    8. Accessorize with ornamental hair chain/band.
    9. Use sparklers to add an extra dose shine

    Tie a neat high pony
    3. Twist the ponytail hair and wrap around the base of the pony. Secure with pins. Fix the style with a fixing spray.
    4. Accessorize with ornamental clips/pins.
