Mr Vivek Singh, co-founder of Anveya, shares the best essential oils that serve immunity boosting properties, and exactly how to use them.

In the wake of the global pandemic, we have certainly pushed our health and well-being up the priority list. As most of us are already aware, a well-functioning immune system wards off diseases and serves as our body’s protective mechanism against numerous viruses, pathogens and bacteria.

And, while consuming a nutritious, well-balanced diet, engaging in regular exercise, and getting quality sleep is the right route to strengthening our immune system, incorporation of certain essential oils into our wellness regime may significantly contribute towards a healthy 'you' as well.
